Colorado Springs Elopement Photographers

Colorado Springs gives elopement photographers a rare mix: red sandstone at Garden of the Gods, canyon trails above Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak filling the western sky, all a short drive from the airport and downtown hotels. Garden of the Gods is free and first come, with six ceremony areas, so photographers here often build the day around a sunrise slot before the park fills with hikers and climbers. Red Rock Canyon Open Space and the Cheyenne Mountain area are quieter local alternatives.

The milder climate is the other draw. Sunrise works year round, and spring and fall are the strongest seasons for light and comfortable temperatures. A drive up the Pikes Peak Highway adds a high alpine look in summer, with its own fee and timing. City parks host groups under 50 without a permit.
