Eloping in Northern Colorado

Northern Colorado is the understated option. Fort Collins and Loveland sit under a red hogback with Horsetooth Reservoir behind it, and the Cache la Poudre, the only Wild and Scenic river in Colorado, runs out of a canyon just north of town.

Larimer County manages Horsetooth with a simple permit ladder, Lory State Park is next door, and the canyon has river pullouts and lakes that need little more than a sunrise. You will share them with locals rather than tour buses. Estes Park is about an hour away, so if you want to split a day between the two, ask your vendors whether they cover both.

Based in Northern Colorado: 46 elopement photographers, 33 micro-wedding venues, 9 florists, 4 hair & makeup, 2 officiants and 2 elopement planners. Every listing links to the vendor's own site, and you can save any of them to your free planner to compare quotes.
