Questions
Is there a contract?+
No. Featured is a monthly subscription through Stripe. Cancel anytime by replying to any of our emails, and your listing simply goes back to a free listing.
What does the founding price lock mean?+
The first 10 vendors to go Featured keep $40 a month for as long as they stay subscribed, even if the price goes up later. If you cancel and come back, the current price applies.
How does the $1 first month work?+
Enter the code FIRSTMONTH1 at checkout. The first month is $1, then $40 a month after that.
What happens when my category and region is full?+
Each category in each region has 3 Featured spots. When all 3 are taken, you can join the waitlist from your vendor dashboard and the waitlist is first in line when a spot opens. We do not add a fourth.
Do I need to claim my listing first?+
Yes. Claim your free listing and create your vendor account, then check out with the same email address. That is how Featured switches on for the right listing without any back and forth.
Will Featured change my ratings or reviews?+
No. Ratings come from Google and are shown as they are. Featured changes where your listing appears, and it is always labeled as Featured so couples know it is a promoted placement. During our launch we also feature a rotating selection of vendors at no charge, and paid Featured vendors always show ahead of them.
Can you promise a number of inquiries?+
No, and we would be wary of anyone who does. Your dashboard shows bot filtered views, clicks and inquiries so you can judge what the placement brings in and cancel if it is not worth it.
Featured placement is always labeled. Placement never changes the Google ratings shown, and we never write or alter reviews.
