What this site is. Colorado Elopement Guide is an independent directory. We list vendors, compile public information, and show Google ratings as published by Google. We are not a party to any booking, and we don't guarantee any vendor's availability, pricing, quality, or conduct — verify everything directly with the vendor before paying anyone.

Listing information is compiled from public sources on the date shown on each listing and may be outdated. Planning information (permits, licenses, laws) is provided in good faith with links to official sources; rules change — the official source always wins.

Vendors. Free listings remain free. Featured placement is a paid subscription ($40/month unless otherwise stated), always labeled, cancellable anytime, and governed by the payment terms shown at checkout. Claiming a listing requires demonstrating a genuine connection to the business; we may reject or revoke claims.

Acceptable use. No scraping at scale, no misrepresenting affiliation with a business, no submitting false claims or reviews.

Liability. The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colorado Elopement Guide is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or dealings with listed vendors.
