Privacy policy

What we collect. If you request the planning checklist, we store your email address. If you submit the contact or claim forms, we store what you send (name, email, message). We measure site usage with Google Analytics and our own first-party event counter, which records page paths, click events on vendor links, and referrers — no accounts, no advertising profiles, and we filter automated traffic.

How we use it. Emails are used to send what you asked for (the checklist, claim confirmations, occasional planning notes) and nothing else. Vendor-page click counts are aggregated and shared with that vendor as part of their listing reports. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Vendor listings are compiled from publicly available business information (names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, Google ratings). If your business is listed and you want it corrected or removed, contact us — removals happen within one business day.

Service providers. We use Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Google Analytics (analytics), Resend and Kit (email delivery), and Stripe (payments, for vendors only). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your choices. Every email includes an unsubscribe option that we honor immediately. To access or delete data we hold about you, contact us.
